I am based in Switzerland, Fiji Solutions operates from Thessaloniki and works with business owners in the United States and in Greece, and the work is remote by nature. Software, apps, processes and data platforms are worked on wherever the people who own them sit. Businesses outside Switzerland write to Fiji Solutions. Fiji Solutions helped build an online learning platform in the United Arab Emirates, and built its Snowflake data setup. What I will not promise is a physical presence somewhere: if being in the room matters, say so early and I will tell you honestly whether it works.

Where the two companies are
Peak Code Consulting GmbH has its seat in Aarau, in the canton of Aargau, and works for companies in Switzerland. Fiji Solutions has its seat in Thessaloniki, and business owners in Greece and in the United States are among those it works with. I own the first and founded the second, and I am based in Switzerland.

Work in the United Arab Emirates
New Era Learning is an online education company in the United Arab Emirates. It develops programmes for the digital economy and runs its own learning platforms. Fiji Solutions helped it build its online learning platform.
Around that platform, Fiji Solutions built a data setup in Snowflake. Every night, scheduled jobs bring in data from the checkout database, the product analytics and the reactions to messages, and a monthly load runs as well. Inside Snowflake that data becomes tables and dashboards on customers and revenue: how the business performs month by month and day by day, how long members stay, and how they move between programmes. The client’s owner, staff and instructors read the dashboards in Snowflake’s web interface. Each dashboard carries a short explanation of itself and a glossary, and a daily digest email is built from the same figures.
