Legal notice and privacy

I publish this site personally. Neither of the two companies described here publishes it.

Peak Code Consulting GmbH is a Swiss limited liability company registered with the commercial register of the canton of Aargau, seated in Aarau. Fiji Solutions is a Greek single-member private company (IKE) seated in Thessaloniki.

They are separate legal entities in separate countries, with separate registrations and separate obligations. Neither owns the other, and neither is a branch or subsidiary of the other. Each company answers for its own work. This site describes both companies. It creates no contract with either of them.

It sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no tag manager and no advertising pixel. It has no contact form, no newsletter sign-up and no account, so there is nothing here that asks you for a name, an address or anything else.

It also makes no third-party requests while you read it. The two typefaces are downloaded when the site is built and served from this domain, so your browser never contacts a font provider. Nothing on this page loads from anywhere but this domain.

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Like any web host, Vercel receives the technical details of your request: your IP address, the page you asked for, your browser and operating system, and the time. It keeps them briefly in server logs so the service can be operated and protected. That is the whole of the data processing involved in reading this site.

Because nothing is collected beyond that, there is no profile to access, correct or delete. If you write to either of the addresses above, I keep your message and my reply for as long as the matter is open and for as long afterwards as the law requires, and for nothing else.

This site links to my two companies’ sites and to profiles I hold elsewhere. I am responsible for what is written here. I am not responsible for what those sites say, and their content can change without my knowing. The same goes for any site that links here.
